Launch of the business of CONE Doprava a.s. in international and domestic road transport dates back to 1991 within CONE, spol. s r.o., namely as centers of machine-transport services.

In the same year, the first SCANIA truck was purchased. Due to the progressive development of this activity, the owners of the company decided that the activities of the machine-transport center would be separated from the parent company into a company with its own legal identity.

Thus from 23rd May 1997, the activity of the international and domestic road transport is operated in a separate company under the name CONE – DOPRAVA, a.s. based in Ostrava.

Naturally, the development of the activities in the international and domestic road transport did not stop by this organizational act, and in the following years the company’s activities were extended to international and domestic forwarding, customs services, storage and sales of fuel.

From the above mentioned it results that our activity since the founding of the company has not been limited to offering transportation services, but gradually tries to offer its customers a comprehensive logistics services in the field of international and domestic transport.
